Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add minced garlic and stir for an additional minute.
Increase heat to high, add sliced beef sirloin, and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Add sliced bell peppers and sauté for an additional 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
Reduce heat to medium-low, sprinkle cheese over the mixture, cover, and let melt for 3-4 minutes.
Stir the mixture to combine melted cheese with beef and vegetables. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
This dish can be customized with different cheeses or additional vegetables. Serve with fries or over a bed of greens for a complete meal.
