3. Add aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir for about 30 seconds.
4. Add the vegetables: Start with broccoli and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Incorporate the other vegetables: Add bell pepper, sugar snap peas, zucchini, and mushrooms, stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes.
6. Season the stir fry: Pour in soy sauce, and add cornstarch mixed with water if desired.
7. Finish with sesame oil: Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and stir to combine.
8. Serve immediately: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish as desired.
