Instructions
Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, pat dry, trim ends, and slice in half.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil until shimmering.
Add halved Brussels sprouts in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes without stirring.
Stir Brussels sprouts and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes; whisk until blended.
Pour the sauce over the Brussels sprouts, stir to coat, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry.
Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently in a skillet.
