Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
Add the drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Arrange the drumsticks on the wire rack and roast for 35-45 minutes, basting with additional BBQ sauce halfway through.
Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (165°F/75°C) or ensure juices run clear when pierced.
Let the drumsticks rest for 5-10 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
