Instructions
Wash the fresh strawberries under cool running water and pat them dry. Remove the green stems and slice the strawberries in half.
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, and granulated sugar. Secure the lid tightly.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute. Adjust thickness by adding more milk or ice cream as needed.
Taste the milkshake and add more sugar if desired, blending briefly to combine.
Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
