Instructions

  • Wash the fresh strawberries under cool running water and pat them dry. Remove the green stems and slice the strawberries in half.
  • In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, and granulated sugar. Secure the lid tightly.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute. Adjust thickness by adding more milk or ice cream as needed.
  • Taste the milkshake and add more sugar if desired, blending briefly to combine.
  • Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.

Notes

For a thicker shake, use frozen strawberries or reduce the milk. You can also customize with chocolate syrup or bananas.
