Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Cut chicken breast into uniform cubes and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and a pinch of salt to prepare the yogurt sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C). Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving gaps for even cooking. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  • Let kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving with the creamy yogurt sauce and garnishing with fresh herbs.
