Soaked in water for at least 30 minutes.
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk until well blended.
Add salt, black pepper, and optional spices. Stir until fully incorporated.
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and toss in the marinade until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon. Pair with rice or salad for a complete meal.
