  • 1.5 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt Full-fat or Greek yogurt recommended.
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin or Paprika Optional for extra flavor.
  • 8-10 pieces Wooden Skewers Soaked in water for at least 30 minutes.

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and optional spices. Stir until fully incorporated.
  • Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and toss in the marinade until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon. Pair with rice or salad for a complete meal.
