Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Whisk until well blended.
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over salmon, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Remove salmon from marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard leftover marinade or reserve for glazing.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon skin-side down on the sheet, spaced apart.
If desired, brush reserved marinade over the top of the salmon.
Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
