Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine sriracha sauce and honey. Stir until well mixed.
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 3-4 minutes.
Brush the sriracha honey glaze over the salmon and roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
Add chopped kale, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
Let the salmon rest for a few minutes after cooking.
Serve sautéed kale topped with glazed salmon, drizzling any remaining glaze over the top.

For variations, consider adding citrus juice to the glaze or using different greens.
