  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets Fresh, skin-on, about 6 ounces each.
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Natural sweetener to balance heat.
  • 4 cups Fresh Kale Washed and chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing kale.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine sriracha sauce and honey. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 3-4 minutes.
  • Brush the sriracha honey glaze over the salmon and roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add chopped kale, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
  • Let the salmon rest for a few minutes after cooking.
  • Serve sautéed kale topped with glazed salmon, drizzling any remaining glaze over the top.

Notes

For variations, consider adding citrus juice to the glaze or using different greens.
