Instructions
1. Prepare the shrimp by thawing if frozen, peeling, and deveining.
2. Boil 4 cups of water with a pinch of salt in a large pot.
3. Add shrimp to boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
4. Prepare an ice bath in a bowl with ice and cold water.
5. Transfer shrimp to the ice bath for 5 minutes to chill.
6. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
7. Adjust seasoning of the dipping sauce with salt and pepper.
8. Drain and pat dry the chilled shrimp.
9. Arrange shrimp on a platter and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers separately in airtight containers. Shrimp lasts up to 2 days, sauce up to a week.
