Instructions
Fill a large pot with 8-10 cups of water and add salt. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
Add the whole potatoes to the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Prepare the corn by husking and cutting it. Add to the pot once potatoes are nearly done and boil for an additional 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and Old Bay seasoning to the pot, stirring well to combine.
Carefully add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
Squeeze the juice from the halved lemon into the pot and add the lemon halves for extra flavor.
Turn off the heat and let the pot sit for a couple of minutes to deepen flavors.
Drain the contents using a colander, retaining the shrimp, potatoes, and corn.
Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with melted butter. Garnish with parsley or lemon wedges.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Consider adding sausage or other vegetables for variations. Serve family-style for a fun dining experience.
