Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until opaque and flaky.
Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and spoon salsa verde over the top.
Bake in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until warmed through.
Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
