Ingredients

Mushrooms

  • 4-6 medium Portobello Mushrooms Cleaned and stems removed.

Cheese

  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil High-quality for drizzling.

Garlic

  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For flavor.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  • In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the mixture over the mushrooms, placing them gill-side up on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each mushroom.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Prepare a serving platter with fresh parsley.
  • Remove the mushrooms from the oven and let cool slightly before transferring to the platter.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mushrooms and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm as a main course or side dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven.
