Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over the mushrooms, placing them gill-side up on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each mushroom.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Prepare a serving platter with fresh parsley.
Remove the mushrooms from the oven and let cool slightly before transferring to the platter.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mushrooms and garnish with parsley.
Serve warm as a main course or side dish.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven.
