Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter, swirling occasionally to prevent browning.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the nduja to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the melted butter for about 3-4 minutes.
5. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta. Do not rinse.
6. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
7. Add the fresh basil and toss again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
