Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Use kitchen scissors to cut down the top of the lobster shell, starting from the thick end.
Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell slightly, keeping it attached at the end.
Melt the unsalted butter and stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails on a baking tray, meat side up.
Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
Remove from the oven and baste with any remaining garlic butter.
Allow to rest for a few minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
