Ingredients

Lobster Tails

  • 4 tails Lobster Tails Fresh or frozen, 4 to 6 ounces per tail.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter For brushing on the lobster tails.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed to brighten the dish.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor infusion.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For smokiness and color.
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste for seasoning.
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Freshly ground to taste.

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Use kitchen scissors to cut down the top of the lobster shell, starting from the thick end.
  • Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell slightly, keeping it attached at the end.
  • Melt the unsalted butter and stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking tray, meat side up.
  • Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
  • Remove from the oven and baste with any remaining garlic butter.
  • Allow to rest for a few minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
