Instructions
Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once it reaches a rolling boil, add the linguine and cook according to package instructions, typically about 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the arugula and garlic. Rinse 4 cups of fresh arugula under cold water, then drain it well. Mince 4 cloves of garlic.
