Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk until combined.
Toss the wings in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check for doneness with a meat thermometer; internal temperature should be 165°F (74°C).
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
