  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings Fresh or thawed wings for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin olive oil for coating.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Juice from about 2 large lemons.
  • 1-2 teaspoons Black Pepper Freshly cracked for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds extra flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Sea salt or kosher salt for seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Optional, for garnish.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk until combined.
  • Toss the wings in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  • Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check for doneness with a meat thermometer; internal temperature should be 165°F (74°C).
  • Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
