Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium-sized bowl, combine honey, mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up.
Pour the honey mustard glaze over the chicken thighs.
Bake the chicken for 35-45 minutes, checking for doneness at 35 minutes.
Baste the chicken with pan juices halfway through baking.
Turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispy skin.
Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
