Gather all your ingredients and measure them accurately.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sifted flour and salt. Whisk together.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
Pour the beaten eggs into the flour mixture and stir gently.
Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously to prevent lumps.
Add the melted butter to the batter and mix well.
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden.
Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
