Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them accurately.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sifted flour and salt. Whisk together.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the flour mixture and stir gently.
  • Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously to prevent lumps.
  • Add the melted butter to the batter and mix well.
  • Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden.
  • Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with desired fillings or toppings.
