Instructions
Gather all necessary ingredients: chili peppers, garlic, shallots, and oil.
Thinly slice the garlic and shallots.
Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil in a medium-sized pot or skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the garlic and set aside on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Add the sliced shallots to the same oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove the shallots and set aside with the garlic.
Add the dried chili peppers to the oil and fry for 1-2 minutes until vibrant.
Remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried garlic, shallots, and chili peppers. Stir in salt, sugar, and sesame seeds.
Pour the warm oil over the mixture and let it cool completely at room temperature.
Transfer to a glass jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
Serve over rice, noodles, or grilled meats for added flavor.
Notes
Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator. The flavors will meld over time, enhancing its taste.
