Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well-blended.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in yogurt or buttermilk and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
