Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well-blended.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in yogurt or buttermilk and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
