Instructions
Gather all your ingredients on the countertop.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
In another bowl, combine the milk and egg. Whisk until fully incorporated.
Pour the milk and egg mixture into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined.
Add the melted butter to the batter and fold it in gently.
Fold in the diced apple pieces until evenly distributed.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove pancakes from the skillet and keep warm while repeating with remaining batter.
Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or skillet.
