Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  • In another bowl, combine the milk and egg. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the milk and egg mixture into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined.
  • Add the melted butter to the batter and fold it in gently.
  • Fold in the diced apple pieces until evenly distributed.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove pancakes from the skillet and keep warm while repeating with remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.

Notes
