  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Freshly grated.
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil For flavor enhancement.
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil For cooking.
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped for garnish.

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients to streamline the cooking process.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  • Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add sliced onions and stir for about 2 minutes until translucent.
  • Add julienned carrots and bell pepper strips, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine all ingredients.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and toss to combine.
  • Remove from heat, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve immediately, either on its own or over rice or noodles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Can be frozen for up to three months.
