Long-grain white rice, cooked according to package instructions.

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade, and grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble bowls with a base of rice, topped with chicken, black beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, avocado, and cheddar cheese.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately with lime wedges.

Customize with jalapeƱos for spice or grilled vegetables for added flavor.
