Cabbage

Instructions

  • Rinse the cabbage under cold water and shake off excess water.
  • Cut the cabbage into wedges, keeping the core intact.
  • Preheat the grill or oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • In a bowl, mix gochujang, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a smooth paste.
  • Brush the gochujang mixture over each cabbage wedge.
  • Grill the cabbage wedges for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and tender.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before garnishing.
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the cabbage and serve warm.
