Simple Ginger Scallion Chicken Wraps

Instructions
Slice the chicken into thin strips.
Combine chicken with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Finely slice scallions, separating the white and green parts.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the white parts of the scallions to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
Assemble wraps by placing chicken mixture in the center of a tortilla, topping with green scallions and optional toppings.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll up from the bottom.
Serve warm, either whole or sliced in half.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
