Green Onions

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the fish fillets. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, miso paste, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger. Whisk until well blended.
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
  • Carefully place the fish fillets in the skillet, skin-side down if applicable. Sear for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  • Once seared, gently pour the coconut-miso sauce over the fish in the skillet.
  • Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle fresh lime juice over the fish before serving.
  • Transfer the fish to a serving dish and spoon the coconut miso sauce over it.
