Instructions
Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture for about 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the chipotle sauce by mixing chipotle peppers, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the cubed tofu.
Cook tofu for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Pour the chipotle sauce over the tofu and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or oven.
Assemble the tacos by placing the chipotle tofu mixture onto each tortilla.
