Instructions
Marinate the chicken by combining it with fajita seasoning and olive oil in a bowl. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell peppers and red onion.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the grill during the last couple of minutes of cooking.
Remove the chicken and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
In a large serving bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, diced avocado, and halved cherry tomatoes.
Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on top of the salad along with the grilled vegetables. Sprinkle with feta cheese and drizzle with lime juice.
Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
