8ouncesImitation Crab MeatShredded into bite-sized pieces.

Instructions
Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook in a rice cooker or pot with 1 cup of water according to instructions.
While the rice cooks, slice the cucumber and grate the carrot. Set aside.
Once rice is cooked, transfer to a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and fold gently. Let cool.
Shred the imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Prepare the avocado by cutting it in half, removing the pit, and slicing it.
Assemble the bowls by starting with a scoop of sushi rice, then layering with crab meat, cucumber, carrot, and avocado.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with soy sauce on the side.
