Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare all ingredients: thinly slice beef, wash and slice bell peppers, cut broccoli, and julienne carrot.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch to create a marinade.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add sliced beef in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Avoid overcrowding.
Stir the beef and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until nearly cooked through. Remove from pan.
Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return beef to the pan, pour the marinade over, and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat, adjust seasonings if necessary, and serve hot garnished with green onions.
Notes
For variations, add different vegetables or nuts, and adjust seasoning to taste.
