  • 1 pound Beef (flank steak or sirloin) Thinly sliced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets Fresh
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles Without seasoning packets
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil For flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 stalks Green onions Sliced for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil For cooking

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Thinly slice the beef against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
  • Wash the broccoli florets under cold water and chop them into manageable pieces.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the sliced beef to the skillet in a single layer. Let it sear for about 2 minutes, then stir to cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  • Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  • Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar, and stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss gently to mix everything together.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary, then garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
