Instructions
Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Thinly slice the beef against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the broccoli florets under cold water and chop them into manageable pieces.
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the sliced beef to the skillet in a single layer. Let it sear for about 2 minutes, then stir to cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar, and stir to combine.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss gently to mix everything together.
Adjust seasoning if necessary, then garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Serve hot and enjoy your Simple Beef And Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry.
