  • 16 ounces Fresh Mushrooms (cremini or button) Cleaned and sliced evenly.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin recommended.
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced finely.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (parsley or thyme) Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions

  • Clean the mushrooms thoroughly using a damp cloth and slice them evenly.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet in a single layer and cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir the mushrooms gently and continue to sauté for another 5-7 minutes until tender and browned.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, mixing well.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
  • Serve warm as a side dish or topping.
