Instructions
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly using a damp cloth and slice them evenly.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet in a single layer and cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes.
Stir the mushrooms gently and continue to sauté for another 5-7 minutes until tender and browned.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Season with salt and black pepper, mixing well.
Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Serve warm as a side dish or topping.
