Instructions

  • 1. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • 2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs and rub it into the skin and meat thoroughly.
  • 3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken thighs and massage it in.
  • 5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • 6. Arrange the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side up.
  • 7. Cook the chicken thighs for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • 8. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • 9. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  • 10. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
