Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Prepare your pizza dough by mixing flour, water, yeast, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Knead until smooth and let rise for at least an hour.
Peel and cube the butternut squash. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Clean and slice the wild mushrooms. Sauté with minced garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
Roll out the pizza dough and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread evenly.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the crust, followed by the roasted squash and sautéed mushrooms.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and crumbled goat cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
