Instructions
In a food processor, add the drained chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and half of the chopped wild garlic. Process until smooth, adding water if needed.
Season the hummus with salt and pepper, then transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining wild garlic.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with harissa paste, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the beef rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve the hummus topped with the harissa beef, drizzled with olive oil and garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. The flavors will meld and improve over time.
