Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, panko breadcrumbs, and the egg. Mix gently until well combined.
Wet your hands and roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat over medium until honey dissolves, then simmer for 5 minutes.
