Instructions
Dice the potatoes into small cubes, boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.

Add chorizo to the skillet, cook for 5-6 minutes until browned, breaking it apart.
Add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Warm tortillas in a damp cloth or skillet.
