Instructions

  • Start by preparing the cabbage. Remove the outer leaves and cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick wedges.
  • Preheat your grill or a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cabbage wedges with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Once the grill or skillet is hot, carefully place the cabbage wedges on the surface.
  • Cook the cabbage for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them.
  • Using tongs, carefully flip the wedges and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side.
  • While the cabbage is charring, warm the hot honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
