Instructions

  • Prepare your workstation by gathering all ingredients and equipment. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté the onions in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onions, minced garlic, stuffing mix, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the skillet and brown the meatballs for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the browned meatballs to the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
