Instructions
Prepare the chicken by cutting it into thin strips.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
Add chicken strips to the marinade, coat thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare fries by washing and cutting potatoes into strips. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
Drain and pat dry the potatoes. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake fries until golden brown.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
Layer crispy fries on a serving platter, top with cooked chicken, drizzle with tzatziki, and add fresh vegetables.
Serve warm and enjoy!
