Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade.

Grilled Chicken

  • 1.5 cups Grilled Chicken Breast Cooked and diced.

Romaine Lettuce

  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped.

Caesar Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Caesar Dressing High-quality dressing recommended.

Parmesan Cheese

  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.

Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For brushing the dough.

Black Pepper

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground, to taste.

Lemon Juice

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • If using store-bought pizza dough, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness, typically around 12 inches in diameter.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle black pepper over the dough.
  • Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Distribute the diced grilled chicken evenly over the dressing.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Prepare the romaine lettuce by washing and chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes, then drizzle more Caesar dressing and sprinkle the chopped romaine on top.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pizza before slicing and serving.
