Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
If using store-bought pizza dough, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness, typically around 12 inches in diameter.
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil.
Sprinkle black pepper over the dough.
Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Distribute the diced grilled chicken evenly over the dressing.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Prepare the romaine lettuce by washing and chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes, then drizzle more Caesar dressing and sprinkle the chopped romaine on top.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pizza before slicing and serving.
Notes
For variations, consider adding different proteins, roasted vegetables, or using different types of cheese.
