Instructions
Begin by boiling 4 cups of water in a kettle.
Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from heat and add your tea leaves or tea bags.
Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes.
Prepare your sweetener by mixing it with a small amount of hot water to dissolve it.
After steeping, remove the tea bags or strain out the loose leaves.
Add the prepared sweetener and stir thoroughly.
Let the tea cool to room temperature before transferring it to a pitcher.
Squeeze in the juice of 1-2 lemons and add the fresh herbs.
Refrigerate the tea for at least 2 hours to chill.
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and herbs.
