Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Seasoning

Butter and Garlic

Unsalted Butter
For the garlic butter sauce.

To prevent butter from burning.
Instructions
Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with salt and pepper. Let rest.
Heat the cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add olive oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.
Add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
In a small bowl, combine butter and minced garlic.
Reduce heat to low, add garlic butter to the skillet, and stir to coat the steak bites.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the steak bites and toss gently.
Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
Serve immediately while hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
