Ingredients

Steak

  • 1 pound Sirloin or Ribeye Steak Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt For seasoning the steak.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground.

Butter and Garlic

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter For the garlic butter sauce.
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic Minced.

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Cooking Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil To prevent butter from burning.

Instructions

  • Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with salt and pepper. Let rest.
  • Heat the cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Add olive oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.
  • Add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
  • In a small bowl, combine butter and minced garlic.
  • Reduce heat to low, add garlic butter to the skillet, and stir to coat the steak bites.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the steak bites and toss gently.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
  • Serve immediately while hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
