Instructions
Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of hemp seeds, 4 cups of filtered water, sweeteners, vanilla extract, and salt.
Rinse the hemp seeds under cold running water for about 30 seconds.
In a high-speed blender, combine the rinsed hemp seeds and 4 cups of filtered water. Add sweetener and vanilla extract if using. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
