Instructions
Peel the fresh ginger root and chop it into small pieces.
Wash the lemons and juice them, removing any seeds.
In a blender, combine the chopped ginger, lemon juice, turmeric (if using), and 1 cup of water.
Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until well combined.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher.
