  • 1 cup Milk Can use dairy or non-dairy alternatives like almond or oat milk.
  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin puree Use 100% pure pumpkin puree without additives.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar or sweetener Adjust sweetness to preference; can use brown sugar or maple syrup.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice Can make your own with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional, adds extra flavor.
  • to taste Whipped cream For topping.
  • to taste Cinnamon and nutmeg For garnish.

Instructions

  • Start by brewing your espresso or strong coffee. Set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, stirring for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
  • Add in the milk and continue to heat on medium-low, whisking constantly to create a frothy texture. Do not let it boil.
  • In a large mug, pour in the brewed espresso, followed by the pumpkin and milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
