Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
