Instructions
Remove the steak from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature for about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450-500°F (232-260°C).
Pat the steak dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together.
Rub the olive oil on both sides of the steak and apply the seasoning mixture generously.
Place the steak on the grill and cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes.
Flip the steak and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the steak against the grain and serve with optional fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
