Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast with the taco seasoning, coating thoroughly.
Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before shredding it with two forks.
Arrange taco shells on a separate baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
Fill each taco shell with shredded chicken, then top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
Return the assembled tacos to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the shells are golden brown.
