Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast with the taco seasoning, coating thoroughly.
  • Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before shredding it with two forks.
  • Arrange taco shells on a separate baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Fill each taco shell with shredded chicken, then top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
  • Return the assembled tacos to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the shells are golden brown.
